1. Eligibility

KETU RPG is a grim-dark tabletop roleplaying platform containing mature themes including violence, moral ambiguity, and dark narrative content. Access is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

This platform is available globally. Users are responsible for ensuring their use complies with local laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

2. Account Rules

When creating and using your account, you agree to the following:

• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Content & Mature Themes

KETU RPG is a grim-dark tabletop roleplaying system. The platform contains and is designed for mature narrative content including but not limited to:

• Violence, conflict, and consequences of combat
• Morally complex characters and situations
• Dark themes, loss, and psychological tension
• Adult storytelling and world-building content

This content is intentional and integral to the KETU RPG experience. By using this platform you acknowledge and accept the nature of this content.

Users who generate or submit content (stories, characters, world-building notes) are responsible for ensuring their submissions comply with these terms. Content that promotes real-world hatred, discrimination, or illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on this platform — including but not limited to the KETU RPG game system, rules engine, Shadow World of Ketu (SWOK) setting, lore, world-building, characters, artwork, and all related content — is the exclusive property of the creator (Dolgir / Pavel Kruml).

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any KETU RPG content without explicit written permission.
• Fan content created for personal, non-commercial use is permitted and encouraged.
• Any content you submit to the platform may be used by KETU RPG for promotional purposes, with attribution.

KETU RPG® and Shadow World of Ketu® are protected intellectual property. All rights reserved.

5. User-Generated Content

Verified users may be granted the ability to submit content including stories, characters, and world-building contributions. This feature is reserved for verified accounts only and will be introduced in a future update.

When submitting content, you confirm that:

• You own or have the right to submit the content.
• The content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property.
• The content complies with these Terms and applicable law.

KETU RPG reserves the right to remove any user-submitted content at its sole discretion.

6. Privacy & Data

We respect your privacy. KETU RPG collects only the minimum data necessary to provide our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Data we collect during registration includes:

• Username — to identify you on the platform
• Email address — for account management and communication
• Date of birth — to verify the 18+ age requirement
• Country (optional) — to understand our community geography and improve our services

Your country data, if provided, is used solely for internal analytics and community planning. It is never shared with or sold to third parties.

This platform operates in compliance with applicable EU data protection regulations (GDPR). You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at admin@keturpg.com.

7. Account Termination

KETU RPG reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, including but not limited to:

• Providing false registration information including age
• Creating multiple accounts
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Submitting illegal, hateful, or prohibited content
• Attempting to exploit, hack, or disrupt the platform
• Any other conduct deemed harmful to the community or platform

Termination may occur without prior notice in cases of serious violations. You may appeal a termination by contacting us at admin@keturpg.com.

8. Disclaimer & Refunds

The KETU RPG platform and its content are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Currently, the core KETU RPG content is provided free of charge. Voluntary donations to support the project are accepted but are non-refundable, as they represent voluntary support rather than a purchase of goods or services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.

Users accessing this platform from outside the Czech Republic and EU do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with their local laws. The use of this platform globally does not alter the applicable governing jurisdiction.

10. Modifications to These Terms

KETU RPG reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page will be revised.

For significant changes, registered users will be notified via email or a platform notification. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
